Journeying to Self-worth Programme


When people discover the difference between self-worth and self-esteem they often find the roots of their anxiety and insecurity. The pursuit of self-esteem is relentless and never ending and most importantly never enough; there will always be something else to go after, to become better at, etc, etc.  When you discover your self-worth through the steps in this programme you are opening yourself up to discovering a new lease on happiness and more importantly, freedom.  Through simple, practical actions, you get off the never ending merry-go-round of self-esteem and onto the rarely ventured path of self-worth.

On the Journeying to Self-Worth Programme we will look at 6 areas — the body, relationships and family, career and work, money and status, friendship, and environment and leisure.  As you journey through this programme you will find yourself better able to rebound from setbacks, find new meaning in what you do, learn to build trust and to honour and respect yourself in every area of life.


Within our coaching sessions we will look at each area, particularly the challenges you currently have and any limiting beliefs relating to body image, relationships, etc.  What I must stress is that the success of this programme is really about what you do outside of the sessions.  You need to be 100% committed to the next steps and exercises (I will send these to you after each session) as this is what will ultimately result in change.  This programme is highly flexible and if you wanted to add in more sessions to discuss issues that have come up for you following the exercises, or the previous session, then this programme can absolutely accommodate that.
