As a transformational life coach, I will partner with you to get you from where you are, to where you want to be. 


For coaching to be truly transformational though we need to change more than just our habits, we need to change our thinking.  Limiting beliefs that hold us back from moving forward in our lives, need to be faced.  Negative responses that have become our norm, need to change. As your coach I’ll open up your thinking, helping you identify blind spots, and unhelpful mindsets. I’ll help you to be accountable and see your life from a fresh perspective.  I’ll provide a safe and non-judgemental place, but I will challenge you, because as your coach, I want to empower you to become the person you have always wanted to be.  Living the life you want to live, while still being true to who you really are. 


My coaching style, like my personality, is forthright, and honest, so when something needs to be said, with your permission I will be straight with you. I want you to get the results you desire.  It may be uncomfortable at times, changing for the better usually is. It will probably require you to get out of your comfort zone, but I’ll be right there with you, reminding you of why you are doing this.  When you focus on your weaknesses, I’ll help you see your strengths.  When you highlight the impossibility, I’ll remind you that if you want it enough few things are impossible.

I’m married to John and have two step-children, Sophie and Jonathan, and a cat called Pongo.  I love to travel, learn new things and eat good food.  In my spare time you'll find me curled up reading a good novel, trying out some new recipes or meeting up with friends and family.
